We're happy with the way things turned out. Freddie provided great suggestions on what to get. The 14X30 Latham fiberglass pool is just right for us as a family of four and should last for decades. The security cover is well worth the added expense when you factor in not needing a fence around the pool.

Deceitful and played ‘bait and switch’ when I ordered a replacement Marquis spa cover they ordered a no-name cover that was not nearly the quality of a Marquis. When I discovered and called them they were rude, argumentative and advised me that I should have asked where there were ordering the cover. Really? That is the customer’s responsibility? It is not. They offered no solutions to the issue. I have disputed the charge and am in contact with Marquis HQ about their behavior as a dealer.

I have been dealing with pool & spa outlet for years, they installed a beautiful inground pool for us, and do our opening and closing of my pool, I buy all my chemicals from them they are all very nice, and go out of their way to help you.

Bought an Inground pool there. Had the install done by Bobs custom concrete, Which is their installer. The pool was installed and is not level. The owner of the company states it can be a little off per the manufacture , it’s off more than that Bc my one sprayer is under water the other one isn’t. Then the concrete work done is not worth the job called “custom” I was told from the start of install that all the dirt and gravel that they were getting in the pool would be taken care of and cleaned out. Well several tries to get them to finish the job of instal and cleaning. They didn’t finish. Then closed the pool for the winter and charged me to close it ...dirty.Then proceeded to say I was unreasonable! Then accused me of being nasty to the workers. Not the case. We bought them lunch and provided them drinks and even talked to them all day..Then proceeds to say to me “if I thought you were difficult I wouldn’t have dealt with you and sold you the pool. All for asking questions about getting the pool cleans for which they should have done. They put the dirt and gravel in there being careless with it. The owner of this company will not help you one bit. When you buy a pool and have it installed and THEY put the dirt and gravel in the pool. It is their job to get it out ...not the owner! Never recommend either company to install or deal with. Very poor business owners!
