Drove all the way to this location to get a specific item that their website said that they had available. The guys working refused to look for it and said that it was packed away in boxes. I needed a solution today and these employees were completely unwilling to help me. They were unprofessional, rude, and the manager was argumentative. This was false advertisement at its finest.

Bought a trailer from Jeremy yesterday. He maid it a smooth transaction and was super friendly to work with.The cashier Ann also did everything she could do to help me reap the savings and rewards.Excellent crew. I will do business here again.

Requested off work to take my Great Pyrenees puppy to see the vet. Hours are 12pm-7pm. Called before hand. Showed up 4pm with a 65lb dog and no one in the office and lights off. Even after asking the front cashier and walking back there for them to not be there. Said they left at 3:30pm for no reason given! No common courtesy to let people know so they don’t have to drag their pets out and in a busy store

This girl who does propane hung out on the phone while 5 ppl waited to get propane filled. Then came outside and said they have no propane. She was clearly high out of her mind.
