“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! “I recently had an auto repair job that I was having a hassle of a time getting any autobody shop to be willing to work with me on. Tom at Kletter Automotive was willing to hear me out and gave me the time of day to look at my car. From there, it was a classic case of underpromise and overdeliver. I was told they could do the job, but it wouldn't necessarily be pretty, which I was totally fine with. When I went to pick up the car, you couldn't even tell it had any work done. The work was done quickly for a very reasonable price. I can't sing Tom's praises loudly enough. I'll certainly be giving Kletter Automotive repeat business in the future!”
