“If you're ever in need of vehicle repairs, (from a collision, etc.), I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, on Meadow Street, in Pittsburgh. Location was convenient; coordination with my insurance company and the local car rental dealer, were seamless. Car rental location even picked me up from Caliber, to obtain a rental vehicle. Customer service/ office staff, (Kayla, Bonnie and Michelle), were all very pleasant and efficient. Service Advisor Kevin was very polite and professional. Caliber kept me updated with periodic texts, regarding the vehicle's status, (really appreciated that). Vehicle was actually completed prior to the anticipated due date. Repairs were very well done; vehicle looked like it had never been damaged. Vehicle was returned cleaned, inside and out; almost looked brand new. Would highly recommend.”
“I have taken my vehicle to Rutledge twice now and have been pleased both times. These guys figured out my A/C issues where other mechanics could not. The dealership couldn’t even figure out why the A/C was intermittently shutting off. I should have brought it here from the beginning. Then I brought it back after an accident for body work. They are honest and do good work. I drive 45 minutes to bring my car here but I will never take it anywhere else again”

“I had to drop off my car for repairs, but because of my work schedule, I could not bring it in on the originally scheduled date. The team kindly adjusted the appointment to a date that was convenient for me.
Since I was away for work, my wife had to drive the car to the shop, and Fran was kind enough to give her a ride back home. The entire team was professional, helpful, and accommodating. They also did their best to get the car ready ahead of schedule.
It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The communication was excellent, the service was reliable, and the customer care was outstanding.

The price was reasonable and it restored the ride and look to this fine automobile and it still looks like new today. These guys are the best don’t hesitate to use their services. Once again Hub Cap Heaven on 6/23/26 mounted 2 tires on the wheels they reconditioned 6 years ago still looks like new.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this little shop. I brought my car in for wheel bearings, and while the car did come back with an issue, what really matters is how it was handled. Dave immediately made it right—no excuses, no hassle. He immediately took the car back, did some troubleshooting, fixed the problem, and made it right which in my opinion is all you can ask for from a mechanic.
