We pay a membership fee annually and when we go there’s never anyone on the registers. We have to self check out with a full cart of items. Don’t waste your money!

Typical bjs. Usually not too busy. Clean and well stocked.The steak here is suspect. I've gotten steaks 3 times here and all 3 times they have been 3 different colors in the middle. I've been buying this same cut of steak weekly from a different bjs for the past year or so and never ever have seen the inside 3 different colors. I don't really know it's its necessarily a bad thing but I dont like it.

For the past several weeks, it has been harder to get specific products due to items being out of stock. However, my pick up experience today was the worst experience I have ever had. The employees do not seem to care about the customer. I had to wait for my order because it was not ready, even though I came to the club location because the app said it was. The worst part is that I did not realize I was missing two products until I got home. I thought I had everything and thought the items missing were on the cancelled list and actually are either a substitute or are not on the cancelled list of the pick up order. I tried calling the club location, but getting anyone on the phone is impossible apparently. I am completely dissatisfied with my membership. Now I need to get credited for two products I did not receive and I feel because of this experience today, I will not renew my membership in November.

On top of paying a fee they also make you rangle your own cart from outside.. I am really rethinking what Im paying a membership for.

Decent deals and lots of varieties. Good prices on gas if its on your way home its worth the detour. I was a bit upset by last visit. I went to the bakery and asked if they made their cookies and boxed them there and the employee said yes. I asked her if it was okay if I took all of one kind that I liked since they made and packaged them there. She was very pleasant and said sure she just needed to ask her manager something. The bakery manager could not be bothered with anything... When she asked him he said (without looking at me and still restocking as if he did not care) they could not do that because they didn't have a code for all one type. I do not think I was as upset about being told no as the body language of the manager was so off putting and just did not seem to care at all. I also offered to order in advance and come back so they would not have to upset the packages already sealed.. Nope... I feel bad for the lady (wish I got her name but she walked with a limp) she was truly kind and seemed genuine. Probably will not order from the bakery though if this is the guy running it.

I really like being able to go shopping once a month and get everything I need at once. It gets a little expensive but just knowing that I am well stocked and won’t run out for a while is well worth it. There is always a variety as well as new items to try. The only thing I don’t like is the grumpy person checking receipts when we leave. I understand it needs to be done but they could be a little nicer about it.

Horrible front desk guy. I visited the store today and accidentally paid with non bj credit card. I asked a nice girl at the front desk to return what I got and re-buy it with Bj card. She started the process but there was a guy next to her started talking to me in a rude way telling me not to do that if this happen again. What is the customer’s service job? Are they there to get the customer upset or to assist them.A word to the store manager, Please choose wisely who to communicate with your customers and train them well.

Beware of this location It’s absolutely ridiculous shopping here. My husband and I called to report one of the managers at this location we waited on hold for 15 mins just to get either the same person we were complaining about or someone else that gave us nothing but excuses and no resolution. I spoke with a new lead there that’s a Muslim lady at the membership she’s amazing and sweet with a beautiful personality. You need more people like her she was so helpful if it wasn’t for her I would cancel our membership and just go to Costco. But beware of this location the heavy set guy is horrible representation for management. He made all the excuses in the world about us bringing in a damaged product that was sold to us. Still nothing has been done!

Things I do like about BJs: they have a particular water with a sport cap that I like and also they are never crowded. I did not realize that their return policy even for a credit is only 90 days Costco is a year. when I mentioned that, the person responded that they are not Costco. I did not have my receipt and he asked me exactly when I bought three items. I have no idea he said he needed to know exactly win so he checked March and April and could not find them gave them back to me and said not returnable their policy is 90 days and without a physical receipt, you receive a credit only since he couldn't find it as he searched through every item that I purchased, it was a Knogo. I mentioned that at Costco they can find things quickly based on scanning my card again he said they are not Costco no apologies and real lack of Caring for a customer satisfaction. I am not renewing my Costco membership now I know why it is never crowded. Also, their optical department pricing is the same as any high-end optical store Costco optical department pricing is excellent

Absolutely agree with the previous reviewers. Racism at its finest sitting at the exit in the wheelchair. Stares down people and acts like he is the owner of BJS. And I am surprised BJs still allows this behavior and no action has been taken so far.

I’m already seeing some comments regarding racial profiling check on the carts by older people who wait at the exit. This is so true. I’ve already experienced this multiple times and even spoke with the management and they did nothing to improve. It’s crazy that us, regular shoppers need to go through this kind of inappropriate check just because of race. When it was our turn to get checked, the old guy today literally stood up out of the chair and blocked us and checked every single items in our cart for literally less than 10 items for about 3 minutes. Okay, sure I get it. He’s doing his job. I was curious if he did the same thing for the people behind us who looked like they had more than 20-30 items. Nope. I watched outside for about 5 minutes and he sat down in his chair and just visually checked and let everyone go in about less than 10 seconds. The management really needs to do something with the older employees who check the receipt. Everyone else is so helpful and nice and it’s just unfortunate that I need to go through this multiple times when I shop here.

When you exit the store, the older guys and especially the one in the wheelchair , sitting at the exit are the most racist humans ever. When a white person walks out with 30 items they don't even look in their cart. But when a person of color walks out with even 5 items , they act like " ok these people are definitely stealing the stuff " let me look into their faces and show them I am the boss . Exact reason why I stopped buying at this store and maybe i am going to completely stop my BJs membership too.

The chicken section is the worst ever. They stock old and Expired chickens and it all melt while cooking..Pathetic..Never recommend
