“I went to Target today to buy a television this morning, somewhere between 10-12:00pm. I had just received my Target virtual Credit Card. It was in my Target virtual wallet. Anyway, upon check out, I encountered ongoing issues with using the card. It was grueling and exhausting. There are rules to using the virtual card that you are not informed of after approval. Initially we couldn't figure out why the card wouldn't go through nor why it wouldn't give us the option to split the payments. The team of ladies that assisted me at the customer service console in the front were absolutely amazing. They worked with me for about an hour to ensure I was able to use my card. In short I wanted to split the transaction between my personal debit card and my target credit card, and for some odd reason, that option wasn't working. In the end they were ingenious enough to figure out what the problem was, how to work through it and patient enough to push through the process. They were extremely accommodating for the mishaps, which ultimately wasn't there fault. I hope they see this. You guys are awesome. THANK YOU !!!”
