The door to the building was stuck shut (making it seemed locked) so we couldn't get in at our reserved time. I tried calling and the phone says it's unavailable. Finally after dealing with the stuck door we got in. I told the guy at the counter the issue with the door and how the phones didn't work, he seemed like he could care less. After being here for 10 minutes, my kids are bored. Half of the ninja course is closed and another part of trampolines is closed. This place is over priced and extremely boring. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Have been going here for 10 years always clean always friendly wonderful fun place for children appropriate seating can’t say enough good things about it and I love that. They offer Groupon as well during many times during the year.!!! Great place for parties, but also a play date or just your own!

Went to Sky Zone for a kids party. I was unable to sign a digital or paper waiver because I did not agree with the clause for PROMOTIONAL USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES INDEFINITELY. So a heads up to any parents and caregivers, your child will not be allowed to jump or play at this facility if you do not agree to this clause. It’s disgusting.

I wanted to thank the staff of Sky Zone Oaks for accommodating my party this past weekend. We walked in thinking we booked a party with the Oaks location but actually it was for Chalfont. They have a 3 day reservation timeframe, but were very kind in making sure that we had what we needed. Very much appreciated and we'll definitely be back. Props to the Chalfont location as well for understanding the mix-up.

My girls had fun and the pricing is great, definitely keeps the youngins active, my only dislike was food, placed order in which girl never put our order in, was told would be 10-15min wait, no problem after 20 mins walk to stand only to be told a ticket for my girls food was never posted and would have to wait an additional 15mins no thank you, the positive result was manager came right out understood why wanted refund and refunded everything!!! Thats the only hiccup, I understand was a busy day, but they should just take their time with the customers making sure things are in order before moving on to another task!

We have an elite membership and go several times a month for about 2 years now. The ninja course was closed once or twice which isn't that bad. It's a place for kids while offering a food court atmosphere so there are gonna be a few crumbs but was never unacceptable. My kids love it.

The whole sky zone play area is big but all it has is trampolines and one foam pit. There is nothing else. My kids were bored after ten minutes. The tickets are overpriced as well as the food. The foam jump area didn’t look clean and the hard border of the trampolines next to the foam pit made it difficult for smaller kids to jump into the foam. The warrior zone area is a hazard!!! The padded floor under the obstacles is NOT secured to the bordered flooring. I saw two kids fall through and hit their head on the hard floor under the padding. A kid could fall down between the padding and regular flooring and get lost. It is very unsafe. The website says for kids of all ages but I really don’t think it is a safe or fun area for younger kids (5 and under). Jumpers in Newtown Square has better staff and slides/climb areas for at least an hour of play. I do NOT recommend sky zone.
