I did not look under the hood until two days after the windshield was installed and it was missing. Evidently the tech didn't put in back on tight. When you came out to inspect you just blew me off with no responsibility to replace.”
“Always a great experience. Professional. Will honestly tell you if it's worth putting the work into the vehicle or not. And to that guy complaining about them not wanting to tow/work on his tesla. He's just a crybaby. If you know anything about vehicles remotely at all...you'll know that teslas are a whole different breed. Even towing them is problematic. And most of the time they need to be worked on by a tesla service center directly. So he is just playing the entitled victim. This is a great shop.”
