Living in Texas, buying a house in Oil City. Needed a local bank account, Miss Julie was extremely efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I went in to resolve an dispute on my account and staff are very helpful. Colleen the manager was also very kind and suggested I come in person to do my dispute. I really like the staff at this branch. Thank you
