If I can’t find something, everybody is so helpful and greeted while coming in the door makes it a little bit more personal and I really like that… Mike, the manager is fantastic along with all his employees. I never had a problem with anybody.

Had an issue with a female pharmacist there recently. Needed a preautheration for my prescription and insurance called her w me on the line listening and I was waiting at least half hour for them to be filled and when I asked her when they will be ready she lied right to my face and said “I haven’t heard from the insurance”. I heard whole conversation of insurance telling her to fill them and she took it upon herself to ignore the insurance until I said you are a liar I heard you talk to the insurance and that she needed to fill it. And also was a life sustaining drug. Do not trust young girl pharmacist with little ponytail. She just didn’t want to fill it because of what it was.

They never answered the phone and always an issue filling prescriptions seems like all CVS's are the same time to switch

Although there are many pharmacies in Oil City and Venango County as a whole, i, as well as many others choose cvs.
When it comes to their pharmacy, there's always a friendly face with a smile happy to help. With the vast variety of goods, it's never a difficulty taking the kids.
Our Oil City CVS goes above and beyond, even when the pharmacy drive-through is packed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the cleanest CVS I have been in, in a long time. Free of clutter, the manager is always friendly as well as the staff! You should be proud!

The store is dull and dingy and it's dirty. CVS used to be bright and had a good atmosphere. You felt the good vibes as soon as you went through the door. Not anymore. It feels like gloom and doom.

The pharmacists kindly helped my family through a jam when we were visiting family and forgot a portion of necessary medication. Worked with us to get the medication to us quickly as our insurance wouldn’t cover a refill, and helped us find a great low price so we wouldn’t haven’t to cut our trip short. Very thankful for the diligent work of the staff at this location!
