A secured building with apartments for the elderly or disabled. They have a rec room where they play bingo a couple of times a week. Regular maintenance man keeps everything working. Elevators to go up to other floors.

My bff, who is handicapped at this time, "moved in"today.She has NOTHING but an air mattress to sleep on.A lady, named Doris, came to our rescue tonight, giving us a pair of curtains, soap, toilet tissue, and other things as well as a few days worth of groceries!Bless this Doris.Such a NICE, HELPING ENVIRONMENT!

Towne Towers is a Project-Based Section 8 apartment building with 100 one-bedroom apartments located in Oil City, PA, and is designated for elderly persons.
