Its history is quite good. It’s an ex Deleware Lakawanna And Western Train Station which is why It’s so close to the tracks. I live not far from it but it’s a nice peice of history.

After the Grand Opening of Namaste 919 in July of 2015 - Chloe, Cassie & Margaret became well known in the town of Old Forge for their efforts in healing the community through therapeutic massage, restorative yoga, detoxifying sauna sessions and salt therapy.
Using techniques of Traditional Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda and incorporating aspects of Astrology, all of our services here at Namaste 919 are unique, rejuvenating, and unlike anything you've experienced anywhere else! We are not your traditional Yoga Studio, and we like that.
