I have severe high anxiety, especially when it comes to my baby, and they were very accommodating of that! It was our first time at a vet since she had been spayed, and I am very pleased with the experience. The prices were also a lot lower than I expected, which is always nice!”

“Love this vet and her office people. You can tell their animal people. The care and gentleness with which they handle your pets. The questions they ask. She's also slightly cheaper than most vets. She is willing to give you a discount if you bring in 2 pets at the same time. Which is good because many pet owners have more than one. And any savings helps us keep our pets instead of having to turn them into a shelter for lack of funds to care for them. Photos are from when we lost a pet. This is all the things they give you to help you process your grief. They were also superbly kind in the office.”

“Dr. Manning has been taking care of all of our dogs for years and we absolutely love her. She has always been so good to all of them, and the entire staff is amazing too. Everyone there has been so kind to us over the years and you can tell they truly care about the animals they take care of.
They have been there for us through so much, including losing some of our pups, and as awful as those moments were, they made the experience as peaceful and comforting as it possibly could be. The compassion they showed us during those times is something I’ll never forget.
We trust Dr. Manning completely with our dogs and are so grateful for her and everyone there. I really can’t say enough good things about them.”

“Very reasonably priced. Was a bit worried about the dog I walk for an 83 year old lady. Actually thought he was dead when I went to help her to the vet's. He hadn't eaten, gone to the bathroom for 2 or 3 days. Although the gums had good color, he could barely move. After an injection for a fever, later that evening, he came out for the owner, wanting to eat. Whew. Thank God! Came to walk him the following week - you'd never know anything happened. He was walking fine, we went around the block like it was nothing. Even wanted to mix it up with the dog walking across the street - lol. Glad you're feeling better Bud!”

“My cat had a bladder infection, and it's Saturday. After being quoted $1200 at another place, I called Mid Valley. The doctor herself answered and agreed to see my cat, who also had a high fever and needed IV fluids. Total cost for meds and everything was $290, and the Dr was so nice. Gave us instructions for home, and told us if he's not better by Monday, (a holiday), to call her, and even though she's closed, she'd come in and see him. So, so appreciative.”

“We arrived home late on a Saturday night to find that our German Shepherd ate about a pound and a half of grapes! I took him to Northeast Veterinary Referral Hospital and the staff was great, he loved everyone there. He was able to come home two days later but I think was disappointed that he couldn’t hang out with the staff any longer! I do wish that I did not have to call the ASPCA poison line 1st, they charged me $110 to tell me that, yes, a pound and a half of grapes was way too much for a German Shepherd to eat but, it was the process all of the hospitals I contacted required.”

“Long story short we brought one of our dogs here for an injury that included a dental surgery (tooth extraction) after another vet we took her to seemed way more interested in racking up the bills as much as possible rather than treating the dog who was in pain .
We couldn’t be more grateful for how caring the Gad family was for our girl, getting her all fixed up the very next morning after first being seen . Very nice to see a veterinarian office that puts pets first not delaying taking action just to rack up a massive bill first .”
