“The new management under Nicole and Jim has made a world of a difference the past few years. There is quick response time in an issue. When they first took over our fridge, dishwasher and stove broke all at the same time because of previous management. Within 48 hours we had all new appliances. A year later our hot water heater exploded and they responded within 4 hours with a new one while I had 3 small children running around without complaint! Today our air conditioner wasn't working and Perry from maintenance brought a new one and installed it within 20 minutes. The quick response time and constant care makes living here stress-free and a pleasure.”

“Management communicates very well and is quite helpful for getting the move in. Nice area with lots of commodities nearby. Apartment is decent quality. Only complaint are footstep sounds from the ceiling since I am on the ground floor.”

“I lived at Exeter village for 3.5 years and it was a wonderful experience. I was new to the area and was looking for a place that had a quiet, safe neighborhood and full amenities. Exeter village did not disappoint. I worked at Reading hospital and the commute was perfect about 15 minutes. The best feature is the amazing community to walk around in. I would walk around before and after work almost every day and I felt so safe. Also, the maintenance men are professional, quick and nice! I had my dishwasher break down on me and they quickly got me a new one within the next day. Also, once by air stopped working in the middle of the summer during the weekend and they came over within an hour or two to get it fixed. The apartment was very clean and luxurious. If I could, I would have rented for longer but I needed to move out of state. The size of the apartment and amenities are a fair price for what I paid. The ladies at the front desk are very reasonable and nice people. Also, I cleaned my whole apartment before moving out and got the majority of my security deposit back (minus like $80) which was awesome! I feel like this is a hidden gem of Berks county. Also, amazing location right by Wawa, Target, Starbucks, and Giant, but it is a secluded so you don’t have the business of being on the main road. Not sure why the google reviews aren’t higher because it is a perfect place to live!”
