We went to see one of the available units. The woman that met us there looked a mess. Not what you would expect a professional showing properties to look. I don’t think she smiled once. The places are all old and you can see haven’t been updated since the 80’s. They offer no extras but are charging the same as the other communities not too far away that have pools and in unit washers and dryers. This place has a public laundromat that everyone uses. The maintenance guys were scary looking. We spoke with one of the neighbors and she said she was actually on her way out by August 1 because management is way too involved with tenants personal business. We were not impressed by the place or the people in charge.

The new management under Nicole and Jim has made a world of a difference the past few years. There is quick response time in an issue. When they first took over our fridge, dishwasher and stove broke all at the same time because of previous management. Within 48 hours we had all new appliances. A year later our hot water heater exploded and they responded within 4 hours with a new one while I had 3 small children running around without complaint! Today our air conditioner wasn't working and Perry from maintenance brought a new one and installed it within 20 minutes. The quick response time and constant care makes living here stress-free and a pleasure.

If your washer breaks, and you need to do a load of laundry, GO ELSEWHERE! The woman who is either an employee or an owner is INCREDIBLY rude. I pulled in at 745 needing to do one load. The very top line of their sign says the hours are until 9PM. I’m starting to take my stuff out and she comes out the front door that she is cleaning and says “We’re closed”. I said “I thought you were open until 9 like your sign says” she then turns and points at the sign, and says “it says no washers OR dryers will be started after 8. We’re closed”. I took my stuff elsewhere, and will continue to do so until the GE tech fixes my washer.

This laundromat is so bad. The lady that picks up the phone is so rude she doesn’t help you at all. I don’t understand why someone is running a place if they don’t want to take phone calls get a new job or be nicer to people? I am done with this place and I hope everyone else will be to. Bec they don’t even clean the place this is definitely a hazard waiting to happen

Overall, I am very satisfied with my living situation at Oley Meadows. The grounds are maintained meticulously and my fellow tenants are respectful of everyone's quality of life.The only thing I am disappointed with is my request to have my stairwell painted due to damage caused by the independent contractor I hired to move my furniture in for me. I put in a service request for painting well over a year ago and I'm still waiting.I am running out of patience now.

I enjoyed living here when my family did. The only real con was probably the laundromat, although they renovated before we moved.

Laundromat is clean and large but it is a terrible place to go for us older folks. Technology has taken over and too complicated for some. Go back to the quarter system. It works a lot better.

This isn't for the Oley Meadows apartment office but this is for the laundry mat that's connected to this building. I struggled to find hours online for it so I'm just trying to help another person out. ?

Gave 1 star would have liked to give 0 after speaking with the office I applied to rent an apartment knowing I might have difficulty I had a co-signer with excellent credit as suggested by the apartment so I had to pay double the application fee was told the next day that I was denied however no reason was given nor have I received anything from the apartments or the 3rd party as to why even after I called and asked just my opinion but they just pocketed the fee rip off also on a side note I did find another place that took me just by myself with no cosigner so how did that happen again just my opinion
