I really don't know how to rate a storage unit. Good i guess. The place was well kept and there weren't any cobwebs or anything. I didn't talk to any staff to give them a proper rating.

Our stuff was safe and sound throughout the six months we used the storage unit.. When we emptied our unit, everything we stored was in the same shape it was when we stored it. Ron, is easy to deal with and always responsive. If I need to store stuff again, we will use North Valley Storage

i love this place its close to home so if i need any of my belongings i can just run up the prices are great the workers and the owners are very friendly and nice to talk too i HIGHLY RECOMMEND 9 STARS OUT OF 10

I did find a theft report filed in public records. Does not appear that there was any improvements at all in security measures.

Really not a fan of this location. No fencing, poorly lit and security cameras barely function. Definitely not a place I'd want to store any of my personal belongings.
