When I picked up a Rx on 8/30/2024, I was delighted to learn that the newly-approved COVID vax had arrived that day and we could get it right away, without making appointments.
Update 3/18/25: The current pharmacists & pharmacy associate are courteous, efficient, and friendly. We prefer this small RiteAid over others.

I love this pharmacy because of the employees. The employees are caring, compassionate, and treat their customers as family. They know you and your family, and always deliver professional caring service.
This little Rite Aid may not have everything an xlarge one can offer, however the personal service makes up for that. I prefer this particular Rite Aid over others.

Rite Aid is my favorite store and pharmacy..the pharmacists go the extra mile to make sure your ordered medications arrive very quickly. And they talk to you personally about them. The store associates are very friendly and helpful.

A lovely Rite Aid assistant makes a big difference in choosing a location to purchase goods. I found one at this store. I also like the range of things available in a Rite Aid.

The female pharmacist working 7/7/23 could use a lesson in customer service, a rude and unprofessional person. When asked a simple question was snappy and had a very bad attitude towards a customer.

Rite Aid, especially this one, is above and beyond courteous, kind and treats you like a valued customer. They put CVS to shame!! My insurance discounts everything at CVS but for the difference I pay at Rite Aid and the great staff they have, the respect we are treated with make it well worth any amount. Bravo to you great people at Rite Aid, Scott Plaza!!!!

This location is pretty decent. Has a Weis right next door. Parking lot is also good size.Excellent customer service by the associates.
