USPS in Olyphant, Pa is great! Very Friendly and knowledgeable! However there’s one employee that works at this location that goes beyond customer service and being helpful! She’s actually Amazing with great personality and I actually drive the further distance to go to this location because it’s exceptional. Thanks Erika for always extending your kindness and to the friendly staff . Much Appreciated!! 🤍🙏❤️

WORST POST OFFICE THAT EVER EXISTED WE MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE A CHANGE OF ADDRESSED TO THE NEW LOCATION WE ARE IN NOW THEY TREAT DISABLED PEOPLE BADLY VERY BADLY THEY ARE HOLDING MY MAIL AND PACKAGES AS WELL WHAT A ROTTON POST OFFICE THEY ARE RUDE AND IGNORANT BAD VERY BAD

Charged a customer I shipped a package too directly for my shipping overages instead of going through proper procedures. Avoided a mess since we worked it out personally but not happy this post office doesn't follow procedure.

The most ignorant people to deal with. I was missing a lot of mail and had to talk to a supervisor so my mailman got mad and actually tried to get me in trouble with my landlord …. You can’t make this stuff up :)

Major issues with clerks trying to overcharge! Everytime! Yet 100% accuracy at the peckville branch. I asked for the supervisor. And the clerk committing the overcharge refused to let me see one. But a lady/supv wandered out anyways. And did nothing but threaten to call the police. Usps tries to commit theft and they wanna call the cops on me? Outrageous. This office stinks in everyway

Clea and nice, spacious post office. I usually cone here because they are opened on Saturdays. As well as have extended hours. It is usually in and out here. The staff member that assists me on Saturdays is quick and helpful.
