Used this pharmacy for about 1 year multiple times had incorrect count on meds (and always less never more) asked and was told nothing can be done since I done left the place (understandable with all the druggies now) but who's gonna stand there and count there pills before they leave?,when I came to this place the the price on my meds was a couple dollars more but for the convenience it was worth it but recently used (Giants grocerie store) and my cost was less than 50% of what Orbi was charging,called a few other places and all was less than 50%,talked with a past employee from orbi and was told they operate with at least a 50% GP (that's gross profit) I believe in supporting small town businesses but this is just greedy towards the person that doesn't have health care let alone more of a gp for them who do have health insurance and what keeps driving health insurance higher,I urge others to pick up the phone and call other places and see how much your getting ripped off and make the switch,why keep putting a steak on there table when it can be your own

3 people behind the counter. None could ask to help.( none were busy). I question why the cashier scratched the price sticker off the box at checkout.Very unwelcome experience. Recommend any place else.

Waited for a week to have them contact the doctor for approval for a refill. After calling them and finding out they still haven't filled the need and haven't reached the doctor, I moved the prescription back to Henry's and had the prescription filled in less than 24 hours.

The girls there are friendly and helpful. The pharmacist will answer any questions I have no matter how small or silly they might be. I love the atmosphere and I always feel welcomed. Highly recommended

Pharmacy gave family member wrong medication, however name of the correct medication was on outside. Pharmacist did not fill the script, a tech did. Family member wasn't feeling right and noticed the pills were different and thought mfg had changed. After brought to Pharmacists attention, his excuse was they have a new system and no one knows how to use it. As a Health Care Professional myself this is totally unacceptable. The harm that could have come to the family member could have been deadly pending what the medication was. I would stay away from this pharmacy completely!!!!
