“The service is the best. In addition to automatic deliveries for our propane fireplace, we have made service calls maybe twice in 15 years, and their servicing people came out fairly quickly and took care of our fireplace and explained cause, effect, and how to avoid future issues.”

His family has been going to Getz for over 20 years, who kept their POS Chevy Impala going for over 280k miles, which truly speaks to their skills. “I have had nothing less than great service and nice customer service people. It amazes me that people only review businesses when there is an issue leading customers to feel it is a bad company. My last company of 35 years decided to charge us $75 for a meter to tell them when we needed propane! I was on a twice a year delivery and they just stopped it without telling us. Then I tried to make a date and they no longer do that. Just call when you need it and we'll be out in 4 days or so. I can't do that when on vacation!! Apparently after 35 years and 2 places to service,we were no longer valued. We feel valued with Suburban and they are also cheaper.”
