Such a fun drive-in movie theatre experience! Highly recommend. You can rent radios for $5 first come first serve. The snack bar has great options at reasonable prices. A great night out and happy to support them.

Took my son and his friends and we had a great time. Such a cool place! Reminded me of going to the drive in with my parents when I was young.

Classic drive in theater with recent movies. Great place to see a movie! Great for kids, lots of space, pet friendly, clean bathrooms, well stocked snack bar. The place can get very crowded on weekends so get there early to reserve a spot.

Man what an awesome place to go see movies. The owners are great and are involved with the business, meet them last time I was there, and super friendly.

EDIT: new ownership really helped the place and dog friendly now. Got the chance to go and were really happy with it.
Just going to stick with the superior option, beckys. Better food options, larger, friendlier, oh and.. pet friendly. The fact that we can't even take our 12lb dog with us who is quiet and good on a leash is absolutely ridiculous.

Shankweiler's is one of my favorite places to be! The new owners have done an amazing job of hosting events and communicating information about this historic theater, and I am so grateful that they took it over to maintain and improve it as an incredible drive-in theater!

Great place to see a movie. Get there early to secure a good spot. Bring games, v puzzles, books etc. everyone was so friendly and nice. I highly recommend it

So I'm so happy that Shankweilers just so happened to be my first experience at a drive-in. I love the historical aspect to it, which they do a great job at preserving. Staff is very accommodating, and The food is actually quite affordable compared to any theater I've been to.

A great experience overall. Come early to select your parking spot, let your kids run around while it’s still light out, bring your own food and drinks, kick back and relax. It’s a super flexible and easy going place. I do wish there was a little bit more space between the car doors but we always manage to squeeze ourselves in.
