Called to set up a new service 3 times, even spoke to a supervisor and was never called back. Not a good feeling with a home security company. After the 3rd no call back i took my business elsewhere.

Be very Careful of hiring this company. They came to upgrade our system and they left us with dead system and the manager didn’t did anything about it. Their customer support and service is the worst I have ever seen.

Awful service. Their hardware has never worked yet they charge us every time they come to "fix" it. What a racket.
