Steve was an absolutely pleasure to work with. This was my first time purchasing a home and Steve helped me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I came in with minimal knowledge on the whole home buying process and I came away learning and growing more than I thought was possible. Steve and Sally were wonderful to work with! They ensured that everything was clearly communicated and managed the timeline and transaction flawlessly. I really appreciated how they were always available to chat when we had questions, and when we had to change track on something during our transaction they were super helpful and made sure we understood what would be needed. Steve also came to our closing and walked us through all of the paperwork - he really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend working with Keegan Mortgage!

Steve gave me 5-star excellent service for the entire process. He was always available to answers questions promptly and provided me an approval letter quickly. We have bought two homes with Steve and Keegan Mortgage. I’m not sure we could have found a way to buy either without Steve. He recommended great loan options for each of our unique situations. He will take as much time as you need to answer any questions and always gets right back to calls and emails. We completely trust that Steve worked hard to get us the best rates and can’t recommend him enough.

I was fortunate enough to work with Keegan when I initially purchased my home, to refinance when rates lowered, and refinance again as a result of a divorce. I cannot speak more highly of Steve and his team. They were attentive and helpful throughout the process EVERY time. They searched for the best rates and used TRAC+ to allow online closing without the added costs of title insurance. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Steve and his team at Keegan Mortgage were extremely helpful and professional during our entire process of trying to buy a home. Steve is very knowledgeable when it comes to the market rates and was always up on the latest news. He was able to shop around and find us the best rate possible. Steve was informative and very responsive with all communications. Once it came time to finally close on the house, everything ran very smoothly and they were able to answer any questions we had. Working with Steve, Sally and their team was the easiest and quickest closing I've ever done. We are in the Florida Market and this is the first time I ever closed a transaction in Pennsylvania. Steve and Sally were concise, professional, detail oriented and on top of all the contractual deadlines to protect our deposit. It was such a stress free closing that we were cleared to close and had our final figures 10 days before the actual closing day.
I highly recommend this team and will definitely be reaching out for a refinance when rates drop!! :)

I was building a new home in Montgomery County with one of the big national home builders with the intention of using their preferred lender, because the builder was offering incentives to use them. However, I found myself very frustrated working with the builder's preferred lender for a variety of reasons.
At the 11th hour (about 1 month prior to closing and settlement) I decided to switch lenders, and I found Keegan Mortgage Company. Best decision I've ever made. Steve and Sally provided superior customer service, knowledge, and guidance. They even found ways to save me even more money beyond what I would have gotten using the builder's preferred lender.
Would recommend 10/10. Great local family owned business who do what is right for the customer. Thank you KMC!

Keegan Mortgage Corporation is the best! Thanks to Steve Matthews and his team we had great advice as we navigated the mortgage loan process. We valued Steve's advice throughout the process. He helped us estimate mortgage costs as we looked at multiple properties over the last several months. He was always available to answer questions regardless of what day of the week it was.
Once we had an Agreement of Sale, Steve worked with us to get the best mortgage loan at the best rate. He made sure that we understood everything prior to our final closing. Steve even took the extra step by coming to Settlement and walking us through each document we needed to sign.

Keegan Mortgage saved the day after another lender went MIA the week of closing! Communication was excellent and the team worked through a very complicated scenario under great time pressure. We closed the deal in record time. We will definitely use Keegan Mortgage again and will refer others!
