“Had a couch delivered from Lancaster—> Philadelphia- I have a really small front door (thanks, buildings from the 1800’s), and they were able to Tetris it in really carefully, which was a small miracle (you should not be like me though, remember to measure your door before you buy your couch, you’ll be less stressed). Couch was in great condition when it arrived, the wrapped it really carefully ?”

I was referred to them by a good friend of mine. I wanted to thank Laurie the owner for scheduling our move and making sure everything was lined up for the day of our move. We were living there for 36 years and it was bittersweet leaving the area that I loved so much and relocating to our home down the shore. Don stayed on site to make sure everything ran smoothly. He introduced the team that would be moving us. I want to give a shout out to the movers Will, Anthony, Nelson and Skylar, they did an amazing job, they were very professional making sure your furniture and household items were protected and secured. “These guys were wonderful. They were very pleasant and worked hard. They even helped hooking some of my stuff up. There were supposed to be 4 movers for 3 hours but one guy couldn't come. However, there were 3 movers that stayed for 4 hours and it worked well. Only negative was my couch was a beast to move and it ended up denting part of my door and there were a few dings on my stairs. Overall, I'd recommended them!”

My wife and I are in the middle of our PCS from JB McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, and we were assigned Reads Moving Systems for our pack-out.
The crew showed up right on time at 0800, introduced themselves, walked through the house with us, and got straight to work.
The biggest relief was that they actually asked questions instead of making assumptions. They wanted to make sure they understood exactly what should and shouldn't be packed, which immediately gave us confidence.
They worked incredibly fast, but never at the expense of quality. My wife and I were honestly amazed at how carefully everything was wrapped, how organized they kept the boxes, and the attention they gave to protecting our belongings.
One thing that really stood out was how considerate they were of our newborn daughter. They noticed when she was sleeping and intentionally worked on the opposite side of the house to keep the noise down as much as possible. It wasn't something we asked them to do—it was simply a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us as new parents.
They absolutely knocked it out of the park.

“Nicky's moving company made the move from our third floor apartment to new home seamless! Their crew arrived on time and had great attitude and manners, despite the three flights of stairs up to our old place making this less than ideal for moving large furniture.
