We were not established customers but Maggie still spent a lot of time on the phone with me and got us in for an assessment of what we all figured was a hopeless situation of our leaking roof. Mike gave our camper a thorough assessment and a realistic estimate. He onviuosly knows his stuff . He spent a lot of time explaining things and discussing the options. The information was valuable but he would not accept a fee. We will definitely be regular customers with our next RV”
