First time there today and it was simply amazing. From the lady on the phone who really cared and got us a quick appointment to the vet tech, doctor, and receptionist. Everyone was amazing and caring the whole time. And their reasonably priced!

The vets here are great, always very professional and you can tell they really care about the pets. Which is why me and my fiance drive from hazleton all the way to orwigsburg with all 6 of our animals. A previous employee of theirs, that I was working for recommended brookside to me. With that being said, almost every time me or my fiance have been there one of the receptionists have been rude and has made both of us uncomfortable on separate occasions. One of my cats is close to the end of her life, and even then while on the phone one of the receptionists were rude, as if moments before I wasnt doing my best to not cry as we discuss what to do for my elderly cat that Ive had since she was a tiny kitten. I can only hope it gets better because we would really like to keep coming here, cuz the vets are great. I know that doing the receptionist job you have to deal with this kind of thing all the time and maybe you become a little numb to it, but these our our family members/fur babies, please try to be a bit more patient and empathetic.

I hv been taking my babies here for years, they have been wonderful through the years, they have been with us through the hardest part of having pets, and they treat my babies so sweet. Truly compassionate caring people. I dont trust anyone else with them. They treat my babies like little people, makes me so happy at the end of the day

Both Vets are very nice. They care about your pet. They make you feel good about their care. We have been going there since they opened the practice. I have nothing but praise for Dr Mickie and Dr Jess and their staff.
