Got a great deal on my 2025 Maverick x3 DS. Everyone from the salesman to the finance girl, Samantha were super nice and treated me great. Thanks for everything. Oh one other thing I forgot to mention. A couple of hours after I got home from picking up my SXS. Samantha called me back to inform me that they had forgot to take some money off my bill for accessories that I had removed and replaced with different ones so they owed me $700. I would have never noticed the charge if they hadn’t called me. She immediately deposited the money on my card. That’s honestly right there.

Has everything u need! Or forgot that may need on the trails! I pick race fuel. That they have a wide selection of. And what's nice? They usually have a raffle for a new bike for $20.00 Hopefully one day I will hit🤞

I would definitely recommend this location for training and purchasing! I took the training course 10-25 & 10-26 2025 for me it was therapeutic ! Let me just say all the trainers were awesome 💯 However, Doug I want to personally thank you for your guidance your coaching & spending one on one time with me to “Get my head into the game” 🤣 You Doug me so much confidence I couldn’t cry under my helmet because I needed to focus and get through.. it would of been tears of joy never have I ever seen so much gratitude from folks who really want you to accomplish your goal ❤️ Doug to me was a Huge Blessing and I will forever be grateful💜 I now view things differently especially when I’m driving more cautious aware and alert ! I’m a gal of rebellion 🤦🏾♀️ who rarely listens 🤣 ..really I can go on about the trainers.. just wanted to let you all know I look at you like family 💪🏾🫶🏾💯 I will definitely be back for extra training.. with a pack of ppl did I spread the word hell yeah… see yawl Spring of 2026 Let’s Go!!

What a joke of a place to buy a new dirtbike. I’ve been in the market for a 2025 KTM 300xc, looking around online at different dealers for pricing. I noticed that Schaeffers didn’t have any pricing online so i filled out the online form for a quote, nearly a week later with no response so i decided to take a ride down because their the closest dealer to me. After entering the dealership i was blown away that the leftover bikes are still full price when other dealerships are $1,500-$2,000 less, and apon inspection i noticed that some of the brand new bikes had scratches on the plastics, bubbled graphics most likely from spilling gas. Walked around looking at the bikes for atleast 20 minutes and not one person came over to see if they could help so i decided to just leave. I would have liked to buy local but not with those prices and service. Alot of people told me to stay away but i had to see for myself. Not a great experience for me.

Service center damaged my ATV. I believe on purpose but I don't have proof. But, the damage done only happens if you are trying to cause damage or are completelyincompetent. Cost me thousands of dollars to fix what they damaged.
Rear diff was left empty or had the wrong fluid put in it causing it to burn out.
Oil drain plug was put in so tight it had to be drilled out and a helicoil had to be put in.
Front hook on winch cable somehow disappeared.
Wrong brakes put on
This happened a little while ago, but needed to be said.

Every single person at Schaefer's was nothing but professional. They were courteous, they were friendly, they were accommodating. They made my purchase experience the best I've had in decades. I will be referring anyone I know looking to purchase outdoor equipment to their shop. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I had a fantastic time and I am enjoying my new Spyder, immensely. Thank you all for everything.
