Osceola Big M is a good local store and a great local store, described as a blessing to the area. It is a small town store carrying about everything, with a deli counter offering fresh breads, salads, sandwiches, and more, plus a gas station. The staff are generally friendly and very helpful, with one very pleasant employee noted, though another was very rude. The store is always clean, but also described as not kept well and cluttered. Prices are reasonable and good on meat, but some prices are too high, more expensive, and high compared to big box stores. A wider variety is needed.
Surprised at the price of deli meats. Tasted good and staff was friendly.

This is not exactly a negative complaint but can you explain more about the new process of the payment transaction with the propane refill station. Greatly appreciate it. Some of the sales on groceries are a hit or miss but overall it's a decent little local grocery store.
