It was great working with Cruise America in Ottsville. They made sure our work vehicle was in good shape and Pete took the time to review everything in detail with us. It was easy to communicate and coordinate schedules for drop off and pick up.

Pete was great! He is friendly, helpful, and understanding! The experience was all we hoped for! The RV was really clean and no mechanical problems at all. We had bumped into a large rock and bent the bumper (see pics), but Pete made no big deal of it due to the insurance (get it!). We received our full deposit and would book again with him without hesitation. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!
