“My husband and I had another very good experience today at Fehrenbach Clock Shop.
We had 2 cuckoo clocks repaired earlier this year and clocks were working perfectly afterwards.
My husband recently broke both clocks --- pulling the chain too swiftly resulting in the clock mechanism getting jammed and not sure what he did to the other clock.
Today we stopped by the clock shop and we were helped by Taylor. He was great and so helpful. He looked at both clocks and was able to quickly diagnose the problems, he freed the jammed clock and then explained the problem with the other clock and was able to get it to work properly since it was a simple leveling issue.
Thank you, Taylor, we appreciate your time, help and explanation regarding how our cuckoo clocks work.
We will definitely be coming back again when the clocks need maintenance.

“Love this place. Great helpful staff. Beautiful art. My husband found a piece of framed art that he wanted but the price was too high even with the current discount. We found a smaller print version that had most of the principal characters and bought it. On the way out of the store, we found a larger version that was closer to the original art that he wanted but for a quarter of the price. The owner and staff member were very helpful in exchanging what we had purchased for the larger print. Will definitely shop here again.”

“Arrived on a Saturday afternoon to make an air plant terranium with my wife as a cute date. It was such a fun time. The store is beautiful ? staff is really helpful and nice. They have an entire area for making your own terranium and we had a blast, it was so much fun. The terraniums come in different shapes and sizes which also means prices vary. You can have additional decor for small uncharges, when you do things often with your partner it's hard to find things that are fun and date like. This was really alot of fun for the creative couples. It was lead by anyone. Staff showed you where everything was and allowed you to be. Reative all on your own which is a preference I have, such a cool idea. Really enjoyed it very much.”

“This shop is our favorite place for gift giving and little home decor items for ourselves. There is always new merchandise and a great selection. Everything from jewelry to furniture and everything in between. Prices range from modest to high end but everything is priced reasonably for what it is. They also do a beautiful gift bag! Ask about the rewards program if you plan to stop in often. Good to follow them on Instagram for accurate hours.”
“Wonderful experience! We bought an old restored farmhouse in the area and wanted to find period pieces to go with our home because modern furniture doesn’t really suit the place and found 3 beautiful rockers at Chelsea Forge. We later went back and bought a stunning Kittinger credenza. This is such a hidden gem and I kind of want to keep it to myself because the selection is fabulous and the prices are so so good. The owner was lovely and so kind. She offered us espresso and even caramels. She’s so warm and friendly. Such a wonderful shopping experience and such a beautiful barn. “The store has an amazing array of products to look at. The displays are full and interesting. The owner was super friendly.I feel compelled to address other reviews that complain about the no stroller rule. I understand what it takes to put together a retail store with such beautiful displays. Too much at risk for a stroller to knock things over, bump into valuable products and not to mention an easy way for shoplifting. If you don't have a retail store yourself you may not understand the risk strollers bring into an environment like this. I do have a retail store and speak from experience. This is not walmart where strollers have wide aisles and no one really cares if things are broken, damaged or stolen.”
