Place is really going down hill! Use too come here a lot for parts anymore the service sucks. I call them they out you on hold and after a while put it straight to voicemail. Call in again and they go straight to hold again

Update your hours online so that no one calls for 30 minutes and then pulls up very much before 6 and the doors are locked.

Ordered parts online through advance, I guess advance owns carquest. Got to the store and the guy at the front was expressionless and seemed to be generally miserable. Part wasn't ready yet so I came back and picked it up. While I was there I bought something that said one price on the sticker but when he rang me up it was $4 more. Gave it to me for the cheaper price which is good. Maybe I was just spoiled by my local advance Auto in Elizabethtown where they catered to me.

These guys are awesome and are now my goto parts house! Huge variety of oils, etc and they carry stock parts, aftermarket accessories, and some performance stuff too. They also have books in the back to find odd stuff the computer can't.
