Truly unprofessional sales person. I cannot recommend enough to stay clear. There are so many good Jeep dealerships out there, do not deal with one that allows their sales team to insult customers.

My mother was treated incredibly unprofessionally here. When she decided not to move forward with a purchase, the salesperson became rude, and the manager then sent her harassing text messages — even calling her a “despicable person” and a “low life” because he had “spent time getting numbers together.”
When we called the dealership to address the situation, we were told, “I’m not sure what you want.” We said, “An apology.”
We never received one.
No one should be insulted for simply saying no to a sale. There are dealerships that treat people with respect — this is not one of them.

I don’t think I could be any more unhappy but you never know. This is just simply my experience and my opinions
2022 Ram 2500
From the purchase to the service department my experience was not good at all , They do not like outside financing, I was told upfront that if I use outside financing, they will hold the vehicle until the check clears which I’ve never heard of nor has many other dealers. After issuing them a cashiers check which cannot be stopped by anyone I waited five days for the vehicle. My sales person was nice, however was always so busy that I never had a nice personal experience with him either in person or over the phone. made me feel almost like I was a burden.
Now onto the service department. I scheduled for a routine recall which they conveniently told me was done, but was not after confirming with another dealership, a minor seatbelt issue, and a minor dome light issue. I left with only the recall being done and was told there is no problem with the seatbelt nor the dome light after clearly showing them the issues. I left there and went straight to Lancaster. Dodge asked to see a technician , clarified that there were issues with the seatbelt and dome light, which, by the way should not be an LED light your technician may have missed that if he even looked at it and have since scheduled with them to fix the problems out of pocket. And for the woman in the service department if you’re going to be in the service industry, I suggest you learn a little bit about customer service and friendliness.

I don't enjoy car shopping at all, and haven't been in over 10 years (my husband has taken on that role) but it was time to upgrade my current vehicle. I began my search for a new Durango a few weeks prior to stopping in to check one out. I really had no intention of buying one, but just wanted to see what the new models looked like. Ricky was awesome to work with. He helped explain the difference with the model they had (verses one I had been searching for) and I realized with the cost difference, and a few features that I really wanted the one they had on the lot fit my needs better! I absolutely love my brand new (2026) Durango GT - with the Blacktop package. I'm so glad we found one closer to home, and that we decided to stop in that Friday evening! This was definitely the most pleasant vehicle buying experience we've ever had!

My daughter bought her car just a year ago. Going in for inspection. Telling her she needs wipers already. Always finding a way to get money from you. We bought a jeep in 1994 & within no time they wanted to say things needed replaced to make money because the inspection was free. So we started going to a different garage after that.
I didn't want to give a star for ratings but could post until I did!

This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokee that I have purchased from Country. They make the process so easy. I live out of state, and both purchases were delivered to me. Most recently, Pat took the time to go over all of the new tech and features of the car when he dropped it off. He has checked in multiple times over the past month to make sure everything is still perfect. Everyone I have worked with has genuinely cared about me and the buying process. I highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here.

Hello,
Country has now taken great care of me for the second time in a row. At the end of my first lease they worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted after trade in and I walked away extremely satisfied. Now that I have finished up the trade/lease for the second time, I am once again thrilled with my experience at Country and in love with my new truck.
Additionally, make sure to ask for Mike Burda, he has made my experience both times very relaxing and even enjoyable which has never been the case with any other dealership or sales rep that I have worked with before.
