When I went to cricket it was closed for 30 minutes because someone was on break? I was like, I drove 24 minutes to buy something.... Why don't they hire more workers.

Alexandra, excellent personality, very good attitude. Also Alexandra expresses a true concern to help. That is a great feeling for senior people such as myself. Her persistence saved me a great deal of time. She is a great person to deal with, front line customers of Cricket Wireless.

I had a very bad experience with the seller Claudia Q. She is very dishonest and does not accept her mistakes when she does them. I understand that as humans we can make mistakes but what gets me angrier is that she did more than one mistake and did not accept them. I would encourage customers of Cricket in Oxford to check their receipts before leaving the store to see if everything is in order as well as to get informed by calling customer service because it looks like they take advantage of customers. Also, I would like to encourage the manager to be more careful with her personnel. I want to emphasize that I am 2 year customer of Cricket and I never had this kind of experience at Cricket in Kennett Square. Thank you! Tuve una muy mala experiencia con la vendedora Claudia Q. Ella es muy deshonesta y no acepta sus errores cuando los comete. Entiendo que como humanos podemos cometer errores, pero lo que me enoja más es que ella cometió más de un error y no los aceptó. Recomiendo a los clientes de Cricket en Oxford que revisen sus recibos antes de salir de la tienda para ver si todo está en orden y que se informen llamando al servicio al cliente porque parece que se aprovechan de clientes. Además, me gustaría alentar a la gerente a tener más cuidado con su personal. Quiero enfatizar que soy cliente de Cricket desde hace 2 años y nunca tuve este tipo de experiencia en Cricket en Kennett Square. ¡Gracias!
