The employees here will absolutely lie to you to get a sale. Went in for a pre order. Was told my trade in value was x and the phone would ship tomorrow. Great. Leave the store and get a text that my trade in value is y and significantly lower than what I was told by the employee, and that the phone will ship in 2 weeks. And now my phone will not send or receive text messages. Thank you for screwing me just to get a sale on your books. Congratulations I guess.

I stopped here over a month ago. I had the worst experience with bait and switch tactics , dishonesty and deceptions under the watchful eye of the manager. I made several trips to try and correct problems and charges to no avail. I contacted support and was helped by a very pleasant and polite person , but it took me over 10 hours on the phone. It is too bad that this shop is left into greaty and selfish hands. I always held T Mobile in high regards in the past.

Went to another location and ended up walking out. Came here and the staff was professional, friendly and knew exactly what I was asking without having to explain it more than once. They were patient, helpful and accommodating and I really appreciate it.

Website hours are incorrect. Website says 10 but it's actually 11. Verizon across the street was open so they got my business. Time is important to me.

Staff is rude, pushes new lines way too much,, doesnt listen to the customers needs, and doesn't know what they're doing when it comes to tmobile systems all because they're sprint employees and not tmobile employees. They refused service to my brother, who needed a new phone, even though he was an authorized user on the account; they wouldn't do it without me in the store with him. Terrible customer experience.

Someone stole my phone 4 days after I got it, and the associate that I spoke to was not helpful in any way, and was not trying to take control of the situation. He did not offer to cancel my data/service. Did not try and assure me in any way, had no sympathy, and was just rude. He did not offer me an alternative, did not make me feel better about coming into the store, I could have had a better experience on the phone talking to a automated message. In customer service I expect them to know what they’re talking about and have ideas I don’t think of, in this store I did not get that. Do not suggest sprint to ANYONE, and as soon as I can afford it I am switching to AT&T and never returning to sprint ever again. Highly do not suggest it.

Sprint lie to you about the services and that they will pay off old services. They do not honor contracts and then tries to take money out of your bank account without authorization

On Tuesday October 15th I decided to take a trip over to the Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne Pennsylvania. I went on the spur of the moment after getting out of work, to inquire about switching from t-mobile to Sprint. When I first got to the store I was dealing with a very nice young woman who appeared to be very transparent with me about all fees and transactions that were needed to be done in order to get me out of T-Mobile and set me up for success with Sprint. After going over every possible option and scenario I needed to make my decision, She had to leave for the evening so she handed me off to her manager. Immediately upon sitting me down he began a typical sales pitch to increase my plan, which is to be expected. I told him I wanted the basic plan, in which he ignored and continued to try and sell me on the premium saying it’s not authorized when using a business plan and he would need to get approval. When he came back he continued going through the process but never told me it was approved for me to be on the basic plan, I had to ask him specifically so we were on the same page. Now, When I was speaking with the original girl we worked out all details and went over all costs and hidden fees so I would not be blindsided. I wanted to ensure that it was in my best interest to leave T-Mobile and go with Sprints service. There was no real reason for me to leave T-Mobile I was not unhappy with my service I just wanted to get the new iphone and save a little bit of money overall. When the manager began going through the process to switch everything over, I was never informed that my credit was going to be run and that depending on the outcome that there could be an additional charge. I was told there would be a $30 activation fee and that is all that I would be required to pay. I was also told that this new phone I was getting on was going to be free and that in 12 months if I decided I wanted to get out of this and go into a new one that I would be able to handover this phone as a credit towards a new one. When we got into me signing the contract it was there that I was told that after 18 months I would be responsible for paying practically $200 or handing over my phone and having nothing to speak for towards getting into a new plan. This was not what was originally discussed with me when I spoke to the first employee. This was very discouraging to get to the final point of sale and have that kind of bomb dropped on me. The manager of the store then went and ran my credit without informing me of doing so which clearly resulted in a hard inquiry being Placed on my account now. Had I known this was going to be done, I would not have went forth and changed providers. As a result of an incident that is out of my control my credit is currently low. I am going to need to purchase a new car next month, having this hard inquiry on my account is going to cause issues for me even further as it is going to lower my credit even more.

I’m not from this area I was visiting family that live in oxford, so i came here a few weeks ago in regards to getting an inquiry about getting off my family plan and how much it would cost and from the moment i walked in the door the girl was acting like i was bothering her and I find it ridiculous because i came in happy and smiling and she looked annoyed so right there that threw me off. Then I called my dad asking for the password on the account to get in since he’s the primary user and he was trying different passwords and she’s clearly getting very annoyed WHEN ITS HER JOB TO HELP. She was no help and when i said okay thanks for trying anyway she didn’t say anything and just turned around. Worst experience ever. She needs to get fired or get retrained.
