Employee was cleaning ducks and chick's cage with Clorox clean up wipes, so harmful to animals. They make pet safe wipes. Please do better so these animals do not suffer.

I came to this location to purchase rabbit supplies and ended up purchasing 2 ducklings for my son. I had no clue what they needed. The sales associate took the time to walk me around the store and help me find everything I would need for the ducklings. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Then another associate walked me to my car and loaded my trunk with all of my purchases. Super friendly and kind staff. Will definitely be back !

Stopped in this evening to grab some supplies for chicks we bought at another store. Ken and the other young man working tonight were very pleasant and helpful. Ken answered all of our questions and helped us find the products we needed. While he was speaking to my husband, I walked off in search of another item, and the young man behind the register was quick to make sure I knew where to find what I was looking for. Customer service deserves 5 stars, and we really appreciate that. Thanks for doing a great job guys!

I have been coming to this store for animal feed for years and everything was fine, until today this cashier named Debra, discriminated against me. I had to make a return and she asked for my information like phone number and name (the only thing they should ask for). She thought I didn’t understand her and a lady tried translating for me when I didn’t need help. I kindly asked the cashier for a pen multiple times so I could write my name down for her to see but she was rude about it and ignored me. She then proceeded to give me an annoyed tone while returning the money to me. I then went back to get animal feed. So when I went back with her I gave her my information again but then, me being hispanic, she asked for my SSN, which she had no reason to ask for it. My question is, does everyone have to start showing their SSN just to buy animal food? Or is it just us hispanics? I then reported her to the manager and he confirmed she shouldn’t have asked me for my SSN for any reason. She tried to excuse herself by saying that she thought I was trying to sign up for a Tractor Supply Card, which I never asked for. I don’t understand what the need for discriminating against me was for if I was kind during the whole interaction.

Not a safe store to go shopping, I’ve been shopping here for 10+ years and my wife worked here before. I went there this morning with one of my employees, I paid for my items and got in my truck when 2 police cars pulled up in front and behind my truck, because the cashier called them and said we were trying to steal from the store. I showed my items and receipt to the police and everything was fine. I will not be going back to this store. I recommend Cameron’s, they won’t call the cops on you for shopping.

The new drive-through pick-up service is a game-changer. It's incredibly convenient and well-organized, allowing me to pick up my purchases without even leaving my vehicle. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and quick process every time.
Overall, Tractor Supply Company has done a remarkable job improving their store. The expanded product selection and the drive-through pick-up service make shopping here an even more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Lot of Farm related and yard products. Prices are so-so. Good place to look around and find something you've been looking for.
