Hopefully your not prescribed anything that is considered medically necessary for survival, considering they are never in any hurry to fill your prescription. Unwilling to reach out to solve issues, leaving it to customer. I called in about an issue for my inhaler prescription, was told insurance doesn't cover it (already spoke with insurance, they do), and was left on the phone to hear them talk about me as if i couldnt hear them, and received a blunt hang up with no effort to help. Thank God my life isnt dependent on this damn thing or I'd be in deep shit thanks to Walgreens.

I have had some complex issues woth my prescriptions and the pharmacy staff here have been intellogent, professional, and friendly. 5 stars. Thanks Walgreens people!

Switched temporarily since rite aid closed and had a less than stellar experience. Went to pickup two prescriptions for two children. They told me they only had one. They couldn't add my secondary insurance so I had to pay. Called my doctor after I left to get my two sick children home only for them to say they actually have the second prescription and it wasn't ready. No one even offered to call the doctor. I would have waited longer but we'd already waited in a long line and my kids were sick. Now I have to return tomorrow to get the other one.

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced! The automated system is the worst i have seen. It calls you and text automated messages that are not correct at all. The pharmacist argued w me that the prescription from dr.’s office was wrong when in fact she had no clue how to read it. I literally called my dr office while i was there. It took the nurse at the dr.’s office to talk to the pharmacist to explain to her how to do her job. I left CVS b/c this was closer to me. I am going back to CVS no question.

The pharmacist appeared to be completely out of touch with current medications.She is not well versed in the policy of writing prescriptions. She needs to go back to school

This is the nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff is by far the friendliest pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with especially Cody. Every single pharmacy staff member is so helpful and they treat customers with dignity. I am very thankful for this pharmacy.

Just received a call from the head pharmacist Cody saying they gave me the wrong Covid 19 booster and I’m not currently protected from the new variants and that he was “sorry for the inconvenience”….. truly unacceptable to be giving out random boosters and putting peoples life at risk because of your lack of inventory labeling…. He used the excuse of “poor labeling” to reason for the mistake…..

We had to come here to get 2-hour NAAT Covid tests for our cruise. We were worried because we hadn’t gotten the results of the 2 hour test until the next day. Since we had to have proof, I called the pharmacy and the lady who worked there offered to print the results out and hold them for us to pick up. Of course, on the way to get them (35 minutes away) the email came through all, so my husband turned around. We spaced and did not let her know we weren’t coming. She called both me and my husband to make sure we had received our results since no one came to pick up the papers. What incredible service!! I’m so pleased.

Setting up a Covad-19 vaccine appointment was like going to a government office and applying for services. Tried to change my appointment and was forced into a lengthy process of setting up an account. Email notifications and instructions are contradictory. When I finally jumped through all of their online hoops, the site tells me I have no appointment scheduled In spite of being sent an email and confirmation number. Terrible.
