Big shout out to Julie for excellent customer service with my husband and I getting a flu shot, we had our little dog in the truck, could not leave him alone. She gave my husband paperwork to fill out in truck then we went in separately to receive the shot.,also the young lady who gave us the shot was super gentle and very caring. We need more workers like these nice ladies. Julie and I’m sorry I didn’t get the other name. We live in Maryland and always go to this Walmart in Oxford, Pa. Thank you.

I am reading some of these reviews and for the life of me can't figure this out. I have used Walmart Pharmacy exclusively for the past 3 or 4 years. If they are out of something they find it for me elsewhere. I have NEVER had one problem with them. They have consistently been the least expensive and are always very accommodating.

I wish I could do this anonymously but here goes.... I needed a script for a pain killer filled. When I went to pick it up they said it wasn't covered by insurance,it was $55+ so I told them to cancel the script because I couldn't afford it. I called my doc & on Goodrx, I got it filled at CVS for $12. My husband went to pick up my blood pressure & diabetic meds 2 wks later. He never opened the bag. When he got home, they had put my script through & filled it for $4. Because I got the scripts at 2 different pharmacies, I can no longer get ANYTHING for pain. Wal-Mart was the one that flagged me. It comes up on all my doctor's charts. Now I'm in the process of appealing it to the Attorney General.

I should have wrote this review in 2016, that's when I went to Walgreens at the other end of Oxford! This Walmart Pharmacy is the pits! They have the pickup area laid out in a very stupid way. Customers come in the main door and walk up to the counter = butting in front of other waiting customers who have been patiently waiting. It is not their fault, this is how it appears to the walk in customer. Worse yet, the pharmacy employees will start waiting on them! The waiting area is out beyond the counter. One has to be familiar to the stupid lay out to get it right! Most don't. Some of the pharmacy employees are really rude and ignorant too! I once waited 3/4 hour (45 minutes) for them to give me an answer about a script. I finally gave up and went home. In the parking lot I had parked next to the pharmacy employee I was waiting to get me the answer. She was going home too - without telling me! She was going to let me sit there until they closed or whatever! I told her off and she told mer to go "F" myself! That's when I decided I didn't want trash like that packing my meds. She was probably high on weed or other! I was in fear they would give me the wrong meds so I went to Walgreens. To make matters worse, the local store manager has no say in the pharmacy circus. All problems are handled by an office far removed from Oxford! I know, I tried ot complain and was told this by the local manager! STAY AWAY FROM ALL WALMART PHARMACIES!
