Today 04/21/24 at 5:45 pm, I tried to order a decaf coffee at the window and the woman said “I don’t have any hot decaf coffee right now” so I tried to order a Churro latte and the woman said “I can’t make a latte right now. We’re closing in about five minutes.” At that point I drove off because I realized she didn’t want to work. This was poor service in every way. The owner of this company pays you until 6 pm, why do you think it’s acceptable to stop serving the customers at 5:45 pm. I hope the owner sees this and knows who was working the window at this time. This person is a terrible worker.

Very quick service, polite employees, and accurate food and drink orders. I specifically go out of my way to come to this location, knowing that my trip will be quick and correct. Definitely highly recommended.

I went inside this time. Gave her a $25 order. She did amazing. Order had one mishap and she fixed it immediately. The girls were sweet!

Hit or miss I suppose. Today, my bagel was barely toasted… If you know your toaster doesn’t do a significant job one time through, send it through twice. Won’t be getting a bagel here again. Also, I ordered a sweet tea. There was zero sugar in it. That’s a first for me.

Dunkin is everyone's favorite but the prices for a dozen doughnuts is completely outrageous! Over $12!!!

I love this dd, but today they didn't give me back my correct change. I gave a 20$ and got back 4$ after ordering a large iced coffee. Didn't know until I got to my next destination. I had no receipt and had already been gone for a while. I always try to be courteous to the people behind me and try to get out of the way quickly, but now, no. I really liked this dd. But shorting me 10$ makes me think twice.

Worst Dunkin in the Lehigh valley! I’ll do a mobile order, and when I get to the window; they’ll ask what did I order.Also, I only stick to the coffee because their hash browns are so hard, you could break a tooth.Anytime I’ve tried to order donuts they tell me they don’t have the flavor.I went yesterday, ordered two donuts, and when I got to the window they said they were out.I then asked for a refund, and they told me to come back tomorrow to get the donuts I had ordered. SMH.

I like dunkin for breakfast, it's convenient and regionally priced. Coffee is lackluster but acceptable.
