Worst place ever. Made an appointment for 11 AM, got there in time, wasn't seen until after 12. Asked the personnel whey it takes so long when we made an appointment online, they stated, 'oh, we don't know anything about appointments'. Well then, why the heck does your web site allow people to make an appointment.

Normally i never have issues but I was here on 7/31 and the lady at the front desk at the time was very snarky. I came in at 6:30 to get a drug screening done for pre employment and as soon as that came out of my mouth someone from the back yelled no drug screenings after 6:30 I asked if i can get it done since it was the only day i was able to get in and it was 6:30 on the dot and the lady crossed her arms and said you heard her and completely ingnored me and went back on her phone.

I’ve used this primary care facility a few times. The employees here are all wonderful! The ladies at the front desk are always so kind, as well as the techs and Britta the nurse practitioner. This practice is made up of a talented and caring group of people!

Went to get my feet checked and the minute I entered the room the nurse practitioner not a doctor, started scheduling different procedures which was alright since they should have been done a while back. She checked my feet, gave me a prescription for chantix and a ton of referrals. Then rescheduled another appointment. Fast forward to next appointment. She walks in and in a condescending tone says, "I gave you a script for Labs did you forget to do it?" Needless to say I became defensive and hostile. She then stated that she didn't have to take my attitude and asked why I even came in. Then stated that she shouldn't have given me any prescriptions if I wasn't going to get the labs done. If she told me that she wanted labs done I would have not taking the prescriptions. Worse experience ever.

Visited st luke as i suffered a broken ankle. I was on vacation, I'm from Puerto Rico. I thank God for putting me in the hands of the St Lukes work team, doctors, nurses, x-ray technicians, in short, all the staff. They were excellent, I recommend it.

Be aware if you are planning to have a baby through St Luke's in Palmerton you will not be able to have your baby at the Anderson campus despite what their website says. They falsely advertise on their website. You will be having your baby at the Allentown campus.

I love this hospital, went for an employment onboarding test. The family and down to earth approach from all the staff is ethereal and a real blessing. That type of reciprocation is rare in these times. Peace and blessings to the staff.

We have had plenty of terrible experiences at this location... if you don't have covid or strep throat they don't know what to do. They say to give Tylenol as if I didn't try that first. Its not working thats why I am here. Today my son was seen. They didn't physically look at him just went a head with the covid and strep test and tried to send him on his way... this is not the first time... on top of that he sat there for 2 hours because they forgot he was there (??) The staff is always complaining forgetting that you can hear them. And they are complaining about the patients and having to stay late. If I wasn't always there with kids I would have already personally said something. (The older blonde lady should not be in health care, she does not like her job)

I was scheduled to come back in 3 weeks (after my initial appointment) to get my blood pressure rechecked by a staff member. I was told there would be no charge for this. Wrong. I later received a bill for $53 to get my blood pressure checked. I'll know better next time.

I came to this location for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, checked in at the automated kiosk and sat for 20 minutes, while 4 people walked in the door and up to the check in desk and were checked in. Myself and another patient were waiting to check in and no one called us. I walked up the check in counter where there were two works with no patients and said "I signed in on the mobile kiosk is that no longer the procedure for checking in?" To which the secretary replied that is how it is supposed to be. I said you are literally encouraging this. Then the women who was here waiting with me walked over and the other registrar stated she had called her name already. Neither of us had heard them call anyone because they were checking in everyone else as they walked in without them signing in to the kiosk line. I understand that there may be some individuals unable to use the kiosk but I waited an hour for an APPOINTMENT, while everyone else came and left in that time. What is the purpose of following protocols and procedures, when patients who do not are rewarded with shorter waits and quicker service. In addition, several patients entered this establishment with covid symptoms and complaint of thinking they had covid with masks inappropriately applied touching all of the surfaces and not once did a staff member come out to sanitize any of the surfaces. In light of recent increases in illness and deaths related to covid 19, you all need to do better!
