Very poor customer service at answering the phone was very rude. Put in to get a estimate to install simple lift gate on a pick up truck 6 days ago. It's like pulling teeth the get a estimate. Called other places today and got quotes within 2 hours. I don't care what there estimate is now it's not worth the aggravation.
