For many reasons the level of care and support I was offered in that store today was, what felt like, divine comfort. “I can not say enough about R. Miller Auto Body Shop!! I walked in to schedule an appt for an estimate to repair my car. Mitchell said he'd look at it immediately and give me an estimate. He was able to get my car in for the work the next day and said it would take 4 days. He maintained that schedule. The work he and his team did was beautiful and there were no additional or hidden expenses!!!
Mitchell advocated for me when the rental car service did not provide me w a vehicle as I had reserved for 9am. I was not notified that there were no cars to rent until 9am, and asked me if I could delay until noon. After Mitchell spoke w the rental service, I had a car within 15 mins.
