The line was long but each staff member was diligently working to assist each customer - Cameron F. jumped in to assist customers and reduce the line - he was very polite and even offered information about the Fulton Visa Card.

Came into this location a few weeks ago to get some change. The male teller was super nice and cheerful.Came back in here for the same reason and did not have the same experience. 3 women were at teller windows and were talking to each other or looking down. I was the only one in there so I it stood there. After a few minutes, a teller finally acknowledged me. I told her what I needed and she pulled her cash drawer out. She asked me if I was a customer and had an account. I asked her “why” and she rolled her eyes said they “do not do currency exchanges for non-customers” in a very condescending way.I have an account but I didn’t tell her that. I just turned around and went elsewhere. As of today, I closed my account and chose a different bank. It’s a pain to switch banks, but after being treated like dog doo, it was worth it.

There are fulton branches closer to my house, but I would go out of my way to go to this one. The staff is awesome, very helpful.

Been a Fulton Business customer for over 10 years now and my experience is just getting worse and worse. This bank is no longer the customer-focused community bank they used to be. Very sad. Customer service doesn't seem to matter at all anymore. Their website has broken links, outdated contact info and cryptic error messaging. They seem to try their hardest to discourage customers from calling... and good luck if you do, because your wait time will be ridiculously long. I'm writing this review right now as I sit on hold (going on 1 hour and 20 minutes now.) Shameful. We will be finding a new bank ASAP.

Clueless and customer service is horrible. They made two big mistake with our accounts in the past two weeks. The tellers try to be helpful but the new Manager is horrible. Has no customer service skills or a clue about the Branch. Will be taking my business elsewhere ASAP.

Fulton Bank is a wonderful bank. They are always eager to help and answer all questions thoroughly and provide excellent customer service. The drive through tellers are also very quick. Their customer service guy Todd is very helpful.

Todd J. Freiler, Senior Customer Service Representative, offered excellent customer service, opening a checking, and savings as he was more accommodating than my own bank at the time. Wasn't a customer, my bank wasn't willing to verify funds of an insured treasury check, Todd said he would, and opening two accounts with Fulton, was easier than dealing with my other existing bank. I felt valued as a customer.

I am recomending that Fulton Bank in Palmyra is the best and finest .in Banking system in Lebanon County only because of their outstanding and Friendly Customer and Financial services they ever provide------ for your needs. and I am quite certain that they will be consistently improving their Banking Services to all.right into the futue.. Absolutely the worst bank. Everyone is clueless. Horrible customer service. Not business friendly. Wasted 40 min of my day only to be told they don't know how to send wire transfers. Stay away!
