I really enjoyed working with Gretchen on the purchase of a new truck. Being a new sales associate it’s hard to get a five star rating while learning the job. Andre was very helpful with the purchase also. I’d certainly recommend anyone to this dealership.

I’ve been buying cars (mainly Corvettes) off of Bo Setlock and Mr. Lewis for most of my adult life, and there’s no one else/no other dealership I’d recommend other than them/Klick-Lewis! They’ve always been honest, upfront, and fair with me. Bo especially has become a family-friend of ours! I seriously would shop (or window shop!) and feel very comfortable at Klick before going anywhere else or into the unknown. 10/10 times you’ll get the customer service you’d expect, and somewhere between 8 or 9/10 times you’ll find their pricing or your trade-in value very fair! GO SEE BO!!

Great Dealer and Great Deal, But….After over a month 1/2 of searching on multiple sites with a footprint of over 100 miles from the King of Prussia area, I found the exact color, mileage make, model, and trim with a great warranty (that I found out about later). This purchase as with many of my past vehicles was going to be sight-unseen. I immediately reached out via email as soon as they opened and provided the salesperson with the current details on the 2 possible deals and all vehicle data on my trade-in with photos. After about 5 hours of email correspondence, we came to the agreed price. The following day I notified the dealership that I secured financing through my military bank and sent him funding to send to the bank to release the funds (Friday). The following week I inquired about more details of the vehicle if they received funds and general status. Not being satisfied with the updates, the process and generally not knowing the status of my vehicle I reached out to management which expedited the process.I understand that each dealership has a process when it comes to paperwork, financing, and general service. Approximately 2 1/2 weeks later when I finally took delivery I was extremely happy with the vehicle, in-person salesman, and management.If expectations were set ahead of time it would take 2 ½ weeks to get the vehicle, with secured financing, I would have either paid extra to buy from another dealership or not have gotten frustrated with the amount of time to purchase a vehicle.My question still is, If my family and I walked into the dealership, agreed on the deal, how long would we have to wait to take the vehicle home?Cons:* Timely email communication. (Acknowledgment that email was received even if you do not have an answer to questions.)* Lack of unsolicited follow-up on the status of the deal.* Time of delivery on a sight-unseen vehicle.* Unfamiliarity with dealing with self secured financing through a non-partnered bank/credit union.Pros:* Great quality vehicles* Amazing in-person salesperson service* Professionalism of management* Great vehicle selection* Awesome warranty* Family owned* Trustworthy management & staff(((Take away))Being the customer we have expectations of not only a good deal but deliverables especially when we are spending $5-10-50K on a vehicle.Yes, I will reach out to purchase our next vehicle from this dealership sight unseen.Exceptions of delivery of the vehicle will have to be laid out in our first conversion before a deal is made.Still a 5 Star Dealership I was just the 1% that had the hiccup

For context look up the video on Youtube called "Klick Lewis scams their customers"They knowingly put my family in danger by identifying major transmission issues and then putting on the report that there were none. This is now confirmed by another mechanic.Their GM doesn't see anything wrong with that video and doesn't care how my family is affected by all of this.Nathan Brandt, who Jon Grove said was responsible for the mistake and I quote "retarded", still works there. Even though they told me they were going to fire him. That should tell you all you need to know.

youtube.com/watch?v=CXPN…Klick Lewis Chevrolet has lied to me on multiple visits (July & October) in order to avoid doing warranty work. I caught them on dashcam confirming that there were major transmission issues, and on their report they wrote that they test drove it multiple times and found "no anomalies". The tech, Nathan Brandt, told me it's safe to drive. This was a blatant lie. As soon as I started driving the transmission rumbling began again which led me to check the dashcam. This is when I found the video of the tech going through the whole drive about how bad the transmission is. I will post the video and add a link to this review soon.In addition to the rumbling transmission issue, there were issues with a DEF fluid sensor and tires that were never resolved. They also kept my vehicle for two days without my consent. I told the tech I needed the vehicle back the day I dropped it off. I asked if I can pick up my vehicle and he ignored me until the next day.I tried to call and speak with a manager after discovering the video, and they ignored me. It was only after I contacted Chevrolet's social media team that the dealership was willing to call me back. When I spoke with Jon Grove, he told me the technician Nathan Brandt had a long history of bad mistakes and they were going to fire him as soon as they can find a replacement. This did not happen.Jon finally agreed to meet in person to discuss a resolution a month after they lied. In this meeting he tells me that it's actually not Nathan who messed up, but the technician who test drove the vehicle. I did not accept that excuse as I also have Nathan on dashcam driving the vehicle. We agreed to speak with the general manager, he called us a week later. There were red flags immediately. He told me he couldn't hear anything on the video, and I guess didn't bother to turn up his volume. How do you dismiss a video showing your technicians endangering customers, and you don't care to actually listen to it?He also told me that we can't expect them to check the transmission if I don't tell them specifically to do so. First of all, I did tell them to check the transmissions! My truck rumbles like the famous Jeep death wobble and he's telling me I have to tell them to check the transmission specifically. None of that matters though because they were literally on camera identifying the transmission issue.If you're willing to take your vehicle here at least get a dashcam first. If you're willing to buy a vehicle here, DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!

From turning in my leased Silverado to getting my Chevy Traverse the Klick Lewis team was great. I highly recommend Klick Lewis!
