I have been a Member for 33 years. They always have treated me well. If you had a bad experience you need to reflect back on the problem and determine what went wrong. I have had a few issues in all my years and once I realized what I could have done better it was easier to resolve. As with any customer service associate (Bank Teller) you need to remember they are human and take their job seriously. If they make a mistake it could be very costly. The entire team at Palmyra is friendly and always say hi.

Over the holidays I had a large amount of money stolen from my bank account. Everyone at the bank was amazing in helping me get the situation handled the same day. I want to thank Zach for helping me open a new account and helping me get the money back!

One star because they never got me a title for the vehicle I had financed (and paid off early) through them. This was the first vehicle I’ve ever had to finance and no one had the forethought to explain how it works even if they did send the title.

The Palmyra Branch of Members First goes over and beyond for their members. The crew they have are informative and very helpful. Mick is on key with all of his information and very knowledgeable, Tyler always is friendly and has a great smile and defiantly knows banking and Karen Quino is a Spectacular asset to the branch. When the staff knows their customers you know your in good hands.Thank you Palmyra Branch for always being supportive and a friendly branch. We appreciate you and am thankful for all you do. Absolutely horrendous regarding fraud if you call to ask about there professional opinion on the matter they will not give you a straight answer and then you will be on the hook for it bank somewhere else that actually cares about their membership
