So we banked here for a year or 2 now. Going in to close my account. They froze my debit card for suspected fraudulent charge. They were right in doing that. My issue is you can't simply go in and get a new ATM card, they have to mail it to you. We're now on day 13 and they still haven't been able to get the card in the mail. And then once they do it'll be 10-14 days until we receive. That along with them not having late hours really screws us over. Save yourself a headache and bank somewhere else

This bank is awful for business. Checks don't clear in time, there are too many restrictions on the mobile deposit option, and the ATM is a train wreck to say the least. The Palmyra location makes me feel as though they are inconvenienced by my deposit requests. I'm going back to Wells Fargo where I've never had a problem in 20 years.

I love this bank. All the tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Michael, Billie and Lori. I wont bank anywhere else.

Maybe it's just me, but wait times at banks seem to be getting longer - is it the computer systems or programs? At this location, however, the staff work well as a team to help each customer as promptly and thoroughly as possible. They know my face coming through the door, and I hear them treating the other customers with respect and privacy.
