This is the absolute best doctor's office. I have had a few different doctors and my life. And I finally found the best doctor ever. Who I will not name but she is amazing. And does completely care about your health and well-being. I was going through such severe anxiety She has helped me Throw everything and understands and cares about her patients. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. All the doctors are very good!

Clean office, friendly staff, and Laura Critchfield is absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable and explained everything instead of just telling me what the plan of action was for my care.

I waited an hour past my appointment time and paid $30 just for them to tell me they couldn’t refer me to a psychiatrist because all of the doctors in their network are booked. Waste of time and money

The staff is friendly and personable. The facility is clean, neat, and well staffed. My doctor is an awesome woman and advocates for my health in every way she can. I love this clinic, and continue to frequent it exclusively despite recently moving further away. It's worth the drive!

This is a review of: Courtney Lynn Lennon MD. RUN!!! You're in mortal danger with this girl!She REFUSED to see me in an appropriate manner post 3.5 weeks in Hershey Medical Center's cardiac wing with an NSTEMI (heart attack) resp failure, heart failure & renal failure + a few other things. My discharge was 5-22-22, she didn't bother to see me for 12 DAYS til 6-3-22. She then REFUSED to see me til 8-24-22! That's almost 3 months!I landed back in Hershey Medical Center on 8-5-22 due to her continued incompetence with ordering monthly medications & failing to schedule an appropriate follow-up appointment. Obviously, I didn't make it til 8-24-22. At this writing the date is 8-23-22 & I'm STILL in the hospital with apparent heart and renal failure again. I called to cancel the 8-24-22 appointment today, turns out SHE canceled it at some point prior to this writing and SHE NEVER CONTACTED ME!!!MY GOD,I was struggling to survive til 8-24-22 for a follow-up appointment that didn't even exist anymore!!!STAY AWAY from Courtney Lynn Lennon MD!

Simply tried to call to inquire the cost of an office visit and was sent to the Penn State call line where I was placed over 20th in line. JUST to know how much a visit would cost.This place has been notoriously bad for years. My last visit years ago ended up being a few HOURS because I asked my family doctor for a refil for some nausea meds I had gotten at an urgent care, because I have ibs triggered by anxiety. For some reason I wasn't believed and had to convince her that I do suffer anxiety and that I wasn't just munching on disgusting tablets for something to do. She went from not believing me to trying to also prescribe me anxiety meds without a therapist consult because 'they don't have a therapist in their circuit.'

Doctor Michael Ioffreda is great! I have been seeing him since 2015. I cannot say enough good about him and the staff is pleasant as well.Remember, your doctor and staff are people just like us. A kind word and caring about their lives goes a long way.
