During our 3 day roadtrip from southern Alabama to Vermont, my cat desperately needed a new carrier. Pet HQ had the perfect carrier for Izzy that was spacious enough for her to stretch out, stand up, or curl into a ball, which eased her travel anxiety tremendously. The owner of the store was kind and helpful, and even gifted Izzy some treats and her new favorite toy. Thank you Pet HQ!

I stopped in to get my dogs licensed and to see if they carry the dog food we use. All the ladies I spoke to were very friendly, and one even took the time to walk us around showing us where everything was when we came in. They don't have the most extensive assortment of items to choose from, but they do have a little bit of everything for pet care. They didn't carry the dog food we use, but I knew that was a long stretch considering I've only found Diamond Naturals at Tractor Supply and no other store yet. They said dogs were allowed in the store, but I think mine would be too hyper to be in there as there isn't the most room between aisles and what not. Overall i nice little store that has most of what you need in a pinch

We have been buying our dog food & treats here for over a year and we absolutely adore the ladies in this shop. They are so sweet and so helpful! They have a wide variety of food, treats, toys, beds, literally anything for all your pet needs! Can’t recommend them enough

The staff here is amazing and so helpful everytime I go in here with all my random, off the wall, paranoid dog mom questions. They also have a really good member rewards program for certain items like my poop bags and my dog food. If you are looking for something and don't see it ask the staff and they might be able to get it ordered for you. I highly recommend this store and their products!! I wouldn't give anything else to my sweet Frankie.
