Three tines now in regards to getting my son's prescriptions filled they said it would be about 2 hours. Go pick them up the NEXT day and the meds are STILL not done. When these people say it'll take 2 hours, automatically assume 24 hours until your meds are done and that's a big IF. My son's last prescription took 3 whole days! Everytime I went to pick them up they kept saying it would be another hour or so.

Rite Aid is getting terrible. Pharmacy had at least 5 working in the prescription area. Took well over three hours to fill prescription, when I called I was told it would be another half hour. Arrive when they said it would be set to go and had to wait in the store. Decided to get vitamins while I was there and looked around the store… the shelves were empty.
Do better Rite Aid and do better in the Palmyra Pa store. Cleona store fewer staff members better service

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. It can be closed for days at a time with no notice, prescriptions that my doctor says are called in are never filled, Phone rings forever and never seems that anyone answers, and the list goes on and on. It is so incredibly frustrating to deal with this location.

Probably the worst place to come for a prescription. Not open the hours their website says they are and the pharmacy is absolutely rude when they are open. I'd avoid if at all possible.
The assistant manager was super nice though. So they get a star for that.

I went to the pharmacy and the lady working the register was nice but didn't speak English. I repeatedly gave her my information and even wrote it down she still didn't understand. Another lady came over was extremely rude and after asking a question based on what the doctor told me she even screamed at me. A customer should be able to ask questions. When she screamed 2 pharmacists stopped what they were doing and both asked what was going on. I told them to just cancel it, I'll have my doctor move it somewhere else. This is the worst business. I wish all Rite Aid locations would close now. They aren't professional and don't treat paying customers correctly.

I went to pick up a prescription today. I was treated with rudeness. The person who waited on me told me it couldn't be filled. I called my insurance and it turned out it just needs a prior authorization. She could have told me instead of being unprofessional. I'll be switching pharmacies

I went to Rite Aid to pick up my husband's prescription, I went to the drive thru and pushed the butten to let them know I was there. I saw the tech helping someone at the counter . Then the pharmacist cam to the window and said that we are closed . I told him I was there before you closes. He then said we are closed and walked away! I went in and talked to the manager and he got the prescription for me and it was my husband's prescription but not the right one . The Doctors office faxed over the prescription the day before which was December 12 convenlenty the pharmacy was closed that day and the pharmacy staff is clueless as to what happened to it . I tried to call the pharmacy to see if the have my husband prescription ready today and they would not pick up the phone . So I called back and got transfered then when they pick up there was so much talking from the pharmacy tech I could . Hardly hear the tech that was on the phone. I an done with Rite Aid . I am pulling all my family's prescription out and going to a different pharmacy! This is not a game to mess with people's prescription tharpy prescribed by their health care providers.

Pharmacy notifications are very flaky. Sometimes they ask if I want to renew a prescription; other times they just fill prescription w/out asking. I ended up with 3 extra bottles of some prescriptions! Now I check closely before picking up prescriptions. When I ask to fix the auto notifications, some employees say they do. But not fixed. Last employee said that their system CANT ask if I want to renew a prescription. Today I recd a text saying I have 2 prescriptions due; do I want them. Total mess. I NEVER had this issue at CVS. Wish my insurance plan still included CVS. But I did find another independent drug store on my plan. Good bye Rite Aid!

I wish there was a no star option. I wish I was the owner of the store, so that I could fire the worst "assistant manager" Amanda to ever accidentally got promoted to this position. She is rude. She is disrespectful, She is dishonest. I'll go to CVS just to avoid having to chance another encounter. she said go ahead and complain nothing would happen, maybe so , but I'm going to complain up the chain about rite aids weak link.!!

The Pharmacy Store Manager's called me the Cherry Candy Man. Everytime I entered the pharmacy store, I always asked about the cherry candy, and they always informed me that they are waiting on the shipment. We'll, they contacted me in regards to the candy, and I drove to the location and purchased 5 bags of cherry candy. The next day, I walked in, and I were trying to disguise myself and walked down the aisle and picked up the 6th bag of cherry candy and the manager caught me with the 6th bag of cheery candy, as I was trying to get to the cashier.Everyone who worked in the store and the pharmacy are all professional and courteous. The employees are there to help you when you are in need.Thank you, Rite Aid

This location has been steadily going down hill. I switched from CVS because they pulled nonsense constantly and now this RiteAid does the same stuff. They fail to notify the customer when they dont have a prescription in stock, and routinely fail to deliver prescriptions when they say they will.

Always helpful, friendly and empathetic pharmacy workers. Front checkout people need more training though.

Every single person I have met at this location (cashier, pharmacist, techs in the pharmacy) have been absolutely wonderful. Upbeat, kind, and helpful. I don't have enough good words for them. It makes such a difference when you are sick. Thank you for your kindness.

The staff at the pharmacy is amazing. Went in tonight to pick a prescription for my daughter. An issue with insurance with filling what the dr prescribed. Originally would have cost me close to $380 to just pay out of pocket for the urgent meds for my daughter. They went above and beyond to look at other options for filling her prescription and it cost me $20 in the end. They had 2 call offs tonight and had customer lines but took the extra time to help find other solutions for their customers. People please be patient with those that are trying to help you. They deserve all the respect and consideration you can possibly give them. They are going above and beyond with what they have and are still remaining positive, polite and as helpful as they can. I hope the ladies there tonight see this and know how appreciative I am for them doing the extra. They didn’t have to and I wouldn’t have known any difference. These are the people we need on our side. Please pay them the respect they deserve!! Just know we appreciate you!!
