5 star customer service! Maria went above/beyond to help with an issue that wasn't even her stores responsibility.
Had a very frustrating experience at a SW store that I've being going to for 15 years... I needed a second opinion so I called the other SW store in my county and without hesitation Maria offered to help (lighten paint color) and I obtained the exact outcome I was looking for. Many thanks for accommodating me and my client (my elderly parents;) I will be back for future needs.

Best customer service!! Will definitely return for future paint and supplies. The technician spent a lot of time with me to ensure I was getting exactly what I was after. Highly recommend this place for paint as opposed to your typical "box-store". It is more expensive, but you get what you pay for and I am excited to paint our bathroom!!!

Went in to pick up a paint order, was told the 35% off sale only applies to homeowners and not commercial accounts. I previously turned in my sales tax exemption form and was told by the clerk that it wasn't filled out properly so I would have to call back later. I mainly made the decision to purchase.thos product based upon the advertised sale. If I had told him to back out the sale and ring it up as a personal sale, I would have made out better. The way they did it, I wound up paying 20% more by using my commercial account. NOT HAPPY.
