Troy was incredibly knowledgeable and agitated greatly with saving or company not only Monday on processing fees but saved our office the headache of needing multiple credit card processing machines. All I wanted to do was cancel my service. That’s it. Shouldn’t be a hard process…. Now I have to hand sign and scan a letter in order to do so??? What is this 1865? I can verify every piece of info from my account as well as the fact that I haven’t processed one transaction in over a year. They just want my $12 a month…. Cancel my service!!!!! I’m coming into the office in person now in order to solve something a phone call should have handled.

These jerks have a sales team that uses generated phone numbers and have called my business more than 3 times per day over the last 8 months. They do not respect the National do not call list and just hang up. As I was typing this I received the 6 th call today . I would never use this company to process and credit card payments. Anyone that does needs their head examined . If they can't control their sales staff how can you trust they will correct any errors in billing, processing etc?

I went with this co because the owner I purchased the business from used them. I should have known NOT to continue with them because there was ALWAYS issues with the POS they used. When i went to them I was told a new POS called Deja Pay pro was much better than what I was using. When the equipment was installed they were to show me and train me how to input information-that NEVER happened. I had to call them to input the information for me, but they never trained me on how to take care of it by myself (and I asked repeatedly!!) One of the last times I called to have changes made, they told me they would have to charge me for their time!! How about training your customers?? The new system was exactly as it was called, a POS! it never worked correctly causing me all kinds of delays in my business. After hearing that the issues with printing, etc was caused by my internet, I changed providers and the problems still continued. I ended up taking out the system because I had a business to run and I would say for those new in business-don't let the "hometown business support" get in your way. Their tech support supervisor is nasty, condescending and no help-she may think she is but she isn't! Just stating my opinion. Do not use them-if you are in restaurant business consider looking into Toast-you will NOT be disappointed. I only wish I had done other research before deciding to go with the local company-it cost me too much money and nothing out of it but lost business and frustration.

Had a bad experience 1st time I signed on with UMPA. Was told I next day deposit before I signed contract. My bad for not reading contract because I did not. Because I was deceived, I ended paying $450.00 in early termination fees. If enrolling for service with this company read every last word before you pen rolls.

I have been thru 3 merchant processors for my firearms store. Always just settling for what they could provide. However they never could fully service me. I met Troy from UMPA who just mentioned to me about looking at my statements. I was hesitant but did and so happy I did. Troy was able to beat my current rates and sat down with me and listened to all the wants and needs. UMPA was able to provide the exact equipment to do everything I wanted and the customer service is the best. Any questions were just a call away. I couldn't be happier with Troy and the rest of the UMPA team!

I can't say enough good things about UMPA. The Sales Manger, Troy, that came to our business, took the time to show us what we would save if we switched to them. He was not pushy and the numbers spoke for themselves. The first month proved he was telling us the truth. Our business has been saving, on average, $400 a month!!! VERY VERY happy with our decision.

We are having a great experience with UMPA, we did have a rough start at first just keeping in contact with our sales rep, but when we expressed our concern they quickly and happily gave us direct contact info for someone else and she has been absolutely amazing.

I have been using UMPA for almost a year now. My business transactions are quick and I have not had many issues. They have very fast customer service when my machine had a glitch and they do great to keep my customers information protected during the transaction process.

Been with this processor for over 15 years and have always recommended them to every merchant I know. Never has anyone beat the service, rates, and free supplys, and many have tried. They will answer the phone 24hrs, and bend over backwards to get you taken care of in a pinch. Great service, machinery and rates. Can't go wrong.
